Duck Quick Takes Exit Tweet!

The 2009 sessions for Duck Quick Takes have come to an end, and it seems to have been a huge success! The ducks made it through the entire process without being man-handled...or baby-handled, which is typically a heavier situation....babies have good grips! Anyway, during the clean up process, the family spokesperson for the ducks, affectionately known as Reynaldo, had some insight about his experience during the 2009 Duck Quick Takes series! Reynaldo, and his 14 brothers and sisters, have grown considerably during their week at the studio, and apparently, many life lessons were learned! Now, for Reynaldo's exit interview...a twitterless tweet!

What's the 4.11???

Day 3 of the duck extavaganza is going exceptionally well, but I think that the ducks are sipping Red Bull in between sessions! The ducks are doing well, but we think that it is possible that they're plotting an escape, or drawing up a contract!!! Hmmmm....we can only guess what they may be discussing in their little meetings during the sessions, but on occasion, we catch them talking about something! We are currently unaware of any Duck Labor Laws, but we are making sure to give them the prescribed down time in between sessions! Tomorrow is their day off, so they should be well rested, and grown up, for the next few days of photos! Have a great Easter!

A Beautiful Day...If You're A Duck!

It appears as if today is a day fit for a duck, and we have plenty of them working hard here in the studio! This years ducks are extremely well behaved, and I would put money down that when they gather on the dock, they're really huddling up and planning their next move! Hopefully, they aren't discussing a labor dispute, or a strike! In addition to the ducks being well behaved, all of the kids have been extremely polite, and very careful with our little buddies! We've had a successful run so far, and we'll keep ya updated on the progress! Until then, enjoy the rain!

The ducks have officially arrived, and they have finally had a chance to stretch their legs, and run around the studio for a bit! The Quick Takes have begun, and we'll keep ya updated as the sessions roll on!!!!!! In the meantime, enjoy this clip!

It's April, It's Cold, and Things Are Heating Up!

Although the forecast is calling for abnormally cold temperatures this week, things are actually heating up at Kevin Hurley Photography! Some of that heat will be coming from the heat lamp that the ducks will be huddling under during their appearance for the Quick Takes series that started it all...The Ducks! They should be arriving tomorrow, and well rested for their premier on Thursday! If you have not yet booked your session with the ducks, their are only a few left, so give us a call! April is shaping up to be a busy month for us, so prepare yourselves to do some blog reading!
